My order was placed on March 7, and i received 5 marketing emails that day. I started reaching out March 17th, to see when the order would be shipped, and asking to change the shipping address if it would be coming after I relocated on March 26th.
I sent a total of 4 emails, and submitted 2 requests through their website. .
Crickets
Tried to find a phone number to speak directly with a person, with no success. I decided that I had learned a costly lesson about this company.
Finally received an email on April 25th, that the order was shipped, 7 weeks after it was placed. I am now 1200 miles away, and will not be back for 7 months.
I sent another email after the shipment arrived, but have still received no response.
Won't know if it's any good until November. I wish that their customer service worked as well as their automatic email, or at all.
