Learn About The Process of

Freeze Dried Candy

Candy Preperation

We prep the candy and load our commercial grade freeze dryers full of chewy raw candy! A lot of the candy needs cut by hand into 4ths so they don't blow up too big!

Science Takes Awhile

After 1 hour the machines are loaded! Now the freeze dryer starts using a science process called Sublimation to remove 99% of water from the candy!

Finally Finished

After 5 Hours the candy is FINALLY FINISHED! It was a very intense process but now you have some awesome crunchy candy that you won't be able to put down!
